The Kenya Intersex Persons Consortium

 

The Kenya Intersex Persons Consortium (KIPC) is a Kenyan based network, newly established in 2024, that brings together intersex-led organizations with a shared mission to transform social and cultural narratives surrounding intersex identities.

Through collaboration, KIPC works to advance a more inclusive and equitable society. The Consortium strives to empower its member organizations to achieve their unique goals while providing support in resource mobilization, securing funding, and accessing essential tools to strengthen their initiatives.

 

OUR WORK AS A CONSORTIUM

    To create a dynamic block style, focus on the following key elements.

  • Monitoring and Evaluation - Implementing robust monitoring and evaluation practices to assess the impact of the initiatives and ensure accountability.

  • Mainstreaming of intersex rights across the board - Promoting the integration of intersex rights into various sectors, ensuring intersex issues are recognized and addressed across all levels of society.
